What am I agreeing to by joining the loyalty program?

By participating, you agree to the BÉIS Rewards Terms and future updates.

Can BÉIS change or end the loyalty program?

Yes. We can update or end the loyalty program at any time. If it ends, any unused points or rewards may be forfeited.

What activities can lead to losing my loyalty account privileges?

We reserve the right to revoke points or account access if we detect any of the following:

  • Accounts being misused, duplicated, or shared
  • Points earned through fraudulent or deceptive behavior
  • Use of bots, automated tools, or scripts to manipulate the system
  • Participation for resale or commercial purposes
  • Multiple accounts created by one user to exploit rewards

What is happening to the “Adventurer” tier status?

New name, new points! The Adventurer Tier will change to Jetsetters on November 24th, 2025, and will start earning 2 points per $1 spent.

No. Points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

Earning Points

How do I earn points?

You earn at least 1 point per $1 spent on our website or app. Points are credited to your account after a 30-day pending period once your order is placed.

How can I check my points balance?

You can check your points balance by logging into your account on our website and visiting our rewards page.

Do points or vouchers expire?

Points: Expire after 6 months of
inactivity (no earning or redeeming).

Vouchers: Expire on the date shown (e.g.,
11/24/25).

When will I see points on my account after placing an order?

Points will be credited to your account after a 14 day pending period once you place your order.

When will I receive points for referrals or birthdays?

Referral: Points are added 7 days after your friend completes
their first purchase.

Birthday: Points are awarded 20 days after your birthday (or next year if your birthday has already passed).

Will purchases prior to joining the rewards program be added to my points balance?

Yes! Any purchases made 7 days prior to creating your loyalty account will count toward your points balance.

I exchanged my order and lost points what do I do?

Our system treats exchanges as returns. Email hello.eu@beistravel.com with your order details, and we’ll restore your points.

Redeeming Points

How can I redeem my points?

Redeem points for discounts ($10–$40, depending on your tier) or select products at beistravel.com. Redemptions require a minimum purchase of $75 before tax and shipping. Product redemptions are final sale and limited to 5 items per month.

HOW DO I REEM A FREE PRODUCT WITH MY POINTS?

Using your points for free product are only redeemable with purchase. You must be on our site to do this – our app only allows vouchers to be redeemed at this moment in time. 

You must spend a minimum of $75 (before taxes and shipping) in order to redeem any points for discounts or redeem points for products. 

To proceed, please follow the below steps: 

1. Make sure you are logged into your rewards account. 

2. Add the item you want to purchase in your cart. 

3. Go to your rewards page and select the item you want to redeem for points. 

4. The redeemed rewards item should appear in your cart. 

5. Checkout as you normally would. 

Is there a limit to how many products I can redeem with points?

Yes. Each member can redeem points for up to 5 products per month. This ensures fair access to all members.

Is there a minimum purchase to redeem points?

Yes. You must spend at least $75 in order to redeem points for products. This ensures point redemptions add value to your order and helps maintain the program’s long-term sustainability.

Are products redeemed with points returnable?

No. Any product redeemed with points is Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This ensures fairness and allows us to continue offering these items through the program.

Can I redeem all my points at once?

No. Redemptions are available in fixed discount amounts or specific product offers, depending on your tier.

I no longer want to use my voucher. How do I get my points back? 

Please email hello.eu@beistravel.com with your voucher code so we can return your points back.

I received a referral from my friend. Do I need to spend a minimum amount to redeem my $20 off?

Yes, you must have at least $100 worth of items in your cart in order for the discount to be applied and for the advocate to receive 200 points.
