IMPORTANT ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed by 2:00pm CEST (Monday - Friday) will ship same day. For new product launches, restocks, EU holidays and promotional periods, please allow up to 1-2 business days for order processing due to our high volume.
Due to the impact of covid-19, please expect shipping carrier delays of 1-3 business days on both domestic and international orders. This includes expedited orders.

    Our warehouses are operating at full capacity but some carriers may still be experiencing delays up to 3 business days. For new product launches, restocks, EU holidays and promotional periods, please allow up to 1-2 business days due to high volume.

  • Transit times are calculated on checkout. Our shipping is weight and dimension based - many of our products are large in size which means it is quite expensive to ship to our customers all over the world. We're constantly doing our best to bring you the most competitive rates and best experience. Our shipping is a not-for-profit center.

    The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes BÉIS Travel to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees BÉIS Travel may delegate the obligation to import the goods on its behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay any additional taxes & duties not covered at checkout in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

    DOES BÉIS EU PAY FOR DUTIES & TAXES?
    Duties and taxes are collected at checkout for a more transparent transaction and easier delivery for our customers. We do not make any money on this service.

    BÉIS Europe only ships to the following countries:

    HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    We’ll keep you updated via email and we’ll send the tracking number as soon as it ships so you can check the status and see when it will arrive. We use DPD to ship orders in Europe. If you need to make a change to your address, please contact customer service at hello@eu.beistravel.com before your order ships to make sure it arrives at the right place.  

    HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
    For online orders an email will be sent with a shipping confirmation and tracking information, still have a question?  Email us at hello@eu.beistravel.com

    WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER SOMETHING AND IT IS OUT OF STOCK?
    We will contact you and refund you the full price of the item and refund your card or account for the value of the item within 3-5 business days. 

    I ENTERED IN THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?
    Contact hello@eu.beistravel.com immediately.  In some cases we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, please note that shipping is non-refundable. Contact customer care for further assistance.  

    THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY SHIPMENT, WHAT DO I DO?
    If your shipment is held up with your carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific direction on where to deliver your order. In some cases the carrier will need to update your address which will result in an upcharge. BÉIS is not responsible for paying this upcharge. To avoid the upcharge, ask the carrier to hold the shipment at the nearest location for you to pick up. 

    MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED. LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS.
    Please contact hello@eu.beistravel.com and we will file a claim on your behalf. This may take 5-10 business days to investigate with the carrier (DPD).  If you purchased shipping insurance through Route you can go through your Route confirmation email and file a claim directly.
