"Hands down not only the best product but the best service! Placed an order to replace our baby backpack that we have used since the day my son was born. He is turning 5! This poor bag has been through it all on a daily basis. Shopping, sleepovers, Daycare, parks, beaches, all holidays, weddings, parties - you name it - it came with us. Not a day went by that we didnt use it. But after 5 years its still held up extemely well. No matter your attire - dress it up or dress it down. It suited all occasions. Upon our 2nd purchase (5yrs later & i bought 2 incase they discontinued this product - yes i love it that much) it got lost in transit. The team were super responsive and had another resent asap. Will forever be a BEIS BAE ♡"
