SITEWIDE SALE FAQ

Codes cannot be stacked. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout, while supplies last. ​

Exclusions apply to bundle discounts, BEIS x WICKED, resale items, bulk orders, and corporate gifting. Discounts are valid only during the promotional period. Only one discount code per order.

Because this is our biggest sale of the year, discount stacking (like using a rewards voucher with another promo) isn’t allowed. But don’t worry—you’ll still earn points on your order!​

We’ll be releasing all of our stock at once, so once it’s gone, it’s gone!​

FLASH SALE FAQ

The first flash sale begins November 29th at 6 PM CET. The waiting room will open at 5:30 PM CET each day. Please note: (All priority is randomized).​

If you visit the product page for the item leading up to the flash sale, you’ll be taken to the waiting room. The flash sale will start at 6 PM CET, which is when you officially get your spot in the queue and you’ll be able to track your progress in real time. If you make it to the front, you’ll enter the flash sale page for the chance to check out with 1 item per order, while supplies last. If the item sells out, you’ll get a message, but don’t worry — you’ll still be able to shop the rest of the sitewide sale and snag the same product at 30% off.
