WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We believe in our products so if you’re not satisfied with your order placed through www.eu.beistravel.com, we will find a solution for you! The majority of our products can be returned within 90 days. We do not offer exchanges in Europe at this time. We also offer easy returns, minus a €10 handling fee. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit.
To request a return, please visit our Contact Us. Please note that the shipping fees for all orders are non-refundable. All items must be unused and with original tags attached.
If your item arrives broken or defective and you would like a refund or a replacement, please visit our Contact Us and select the “Quality Guarantee“ option within 90 days of the delivery date. Please follow the prompts and provide the requested information and we’ll take care of the rest.
Orders placed with our retail partners Revolve.com, ULTA and ULTA.com, Nordstrom and Nordstrom.com are subject to the return policy of each retailer. Please contact the retailer’s customer support team and provide the original dated receipt for information on their return policy.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
