"I exchanged the regular weekender for the mini weekender and it fits perfectly with my carry-on, which is on the smaller side. I love the bottom section for shoes because it really saves on space in your carry-on. Don’t let the word mini fool you because it holds quite a bit of stuff and I will be able to get by with the carry-on and the mini weekender for two weeks in Europe. I agree with other people you’ll have to keep it with your carry-on because it’s heavy to carry without wheels. customer service was great to work with even though exchanging was a bit complicated and time-consuming, but in the end, it turned out great."

Best customer service I’ve encountered in a long time

"I recently made my first purchase of BÉIS products and was so excited to receive my order. When it finally came in I was disappointed because there was a small issue and I was afraid that customer service would give me a hard time. Honestly, it was the exact opposite experience of what I was expecting. They were apologetic and friendly and had everything fixed not even a week later. How a company handles themselves when a mistake is made, says a lot about the business as a whole, in my opinion. They’ve definitely made a customer for life! I’m already planning my next purchase!"

New work/gym bag

"Love the sturdiness of the canvas material, the abundance of interior pockets, and the zippered compartment in the bottom for shoes or gym clothes. I would have given my bag 5 stars except when the bottom zipper compartment is empty the bag sags/ loses shape. I think that can be remedied by making a hard bottom for the top portion of the bag. Still, love this bag and the fact that I don’t have to carry a gym bag, a laptop bag, and a separate purse because this bag does it all."
