"This carry-on is without doubt the best one I have owned. The empty weight is great so adding contents still keeps the weight manageable. The amount of space is amazing and can be increased with the expansion. This case has been carefully and thoughtfully designed. I will be using it for my 2 week trip to Europe in September. "First, let me say that this carryon is great- lots of storage, tons of zipper pockets, which I love! However, I am giving it 4 stars because I also got the tote to go with it and the greens do not match, which I was very disappointed about that. So just FYI that the olives are not the same across the board. I exchanged the carryon for a black one instead."

"My wife got one of these roller bags a couple of years ago. After needing to borrow it once for a work trip, I immediately got myself one. It holds a shocking amount of stuff and it's sturdy. A lot of roller bags now have a bit of a dainty handle but this thing is solid. A few weeks ago, mine had an issue where the handle was getting jammed a little bit halfway down. I sent an email in on a Saturday morning, with a video showing the issue. Within 15 minutes, I got a response from a team member asking me to confirm my shipping address because they were going to send me a brand new one as a replacement. It showed up at my house two days later. Incredible experience. We'll be customers for life."
