"I love my Beis luggage! I purchased the medium check in and carry on roller set (during a 20% sale) and it is the perfect upgrade from my previous brand. I love the inner sections which add more functionality than just a "empty shell". The external strap which allows you to hook a bag onto the luggage is a great feature as well!"

Unfortunately, my luggage arrived with one of the snaps broken on the straps so since this was a final sale and they WON'T send me a replacement, I rated accordingly. It's very unfortunate because this was an error on their part that I received a defective piece of luggage. For that, I should receive a waiver for a replacement, not a refund because I really do like the luggage and own several items from Béis! However, as a result of the broken snap on the strap, I'm unable to use it."
