"I’ve purchased three pieces of Beis luggage, and the Hybrid Carry-On is by far my favorite! Compared to the traditional Beis luggage, it feels noticeably sturdier and more protective thanks to the aluminum siding, which also gives it such a sleek, elevated look. I love that it’s slightly smaller to better fit international flights, but I was honestly surprised by how much it still fit, it felt very comparable in capacity to my other carry-ons. The purse hook ended up being way more useful than I expected and made navigating the airport so much easier. The Dusty Blue color is absolutely perfect in person! It fit perfectly in the overhead bin on both of my United flights, one older plane and one newer, without needing to be turned sideways. Plus, I got so many compliments on my luggage set!"

A Great Investment

"I would like to preface this review with first saying I have yet to take the luggage on a trip since I just received it. I’ve used many carry-ons throughout my years of traveling both domestically and internationally. The quality of this carry-on is clear off the bat. It is very sturdy and the features it has make it amazing. The rollers feel very smooth and I’ve tested them on multiple different surfaces already. I’ve compared the size with my previous carry-ons that have been on international flights with no issues and the size is very similar. Therefore, I believe this is a great size especially for out-of-country travel! The only thing is that my item arrived with some small indents and scratches from transport, most likely from the zipper nearby, but I was dismayed to see my new purchase already having cosmetic issues. I wonder if packaging during shipping could be better handled to avoid these issues. Otherwise, everything seems to be great!"

Beautiful Blue!

"I bought the entire set: carry on, check in, duffle, and cosmetic pouches. I love every piece. I’m glad this carry on can fit for most international flights. The only downsides are that the hybrid set doesn’t have a compression flap or a wet pocket. Those two signature features make a difference. Also, the hybrid connector piece feels flimsy and doesn’t pull out or go back in easily. I’m not sure how long the apparatus will last. Overall, the set is beautiful and I love it."

Perfect Color

"This is an absolutely gorgeous color. The wheels are so smooth, and of course the handle is always a perk because of its cushion—big help while heavy travel. My only “could be better” would be that there is no flap/divider inside like the other Beis luggages I have. It’s very helpful to my ocd type of it looking sleek inside, as well as keeping things from slipping out. I mean, the buttons/fastners are there, just nothing to attach to it. Also, having had an optiio to purchase packing cubes in this same color—even if limited edition, would’ve been an extra and wonderful touch."

I want a compression flap!

"I purchased this because my other carry on is the BÉIS collapsible soft shell. I needed to have this espresso color like I needed air, and jumped at the excuse of having a hard shell luggage with the new airport dimensions! Now to the review, the materials feel great quality. This feels different to the touch from the other hardshell suitcases. The dirt bags and the compression straps have been upgraded, and are very well made. I’ve easily packed for a week and a half in it. My 1 issue is that there’s no longer a compression flap for the side with the straps. Please let me buy one separately! I see the snaps are there."
