My baby is 5 months
"My baby is 5 months old, and we've traveled to eight countries so far—six of those trips with this diaper bag. Overall, my biggest takeaway is that the bag becomes easily heavy. The first time I used it, I ended up with terrible back pain. Since then, I've been very intentional about packing it as lightly as possible because it is a beautiful, well-made, and thoughtfully constructed bag. That said, I genuinely don't know how it could hang from most strollers without making them topple over. I haven't even attempted to carry my laptop in it because I think it would make the bag extremely heavy (again that word). There are several features I absolutely love. The built-in changing pad stored in the back is a great idea, although I've only used it once while changing my baby on a bench before boarding a boat. Unfortunately, it's too large to fit comfortably on most public changing tables, so I still carry a separate, compact changing mat—which ends up taking even more space. I also love the two removable wet bags, the two spacious zippered front pockets, and the hidden phone pocket on the shoulder strap, which is incredibly convenient. The detachable diaper caddy is another standout feature and is perfect for quick outings. My only suggestion would be to put a small, lightweight portable changing mat. I'm honestly conflicted about whether I would buy this bag again. If I were purchasing today, I think I might choose the smaller BEIS diaper bag instead and pair it with my Longchamp tote when I need extra space. For parents who prefer carrying everything in one bag, this may be the perfect option. For me, however, it ended up being more bag than I actually needed. You definitely need to think military boot camp when you use it."
