I love the inner sections which add more functionality than just a "empty shell". The external strap which allows you to hook a bag onto the luggage is a great feature as well!"

I really liked the beige and green colors but ultimately went with the maple. Super excited to take to Europe. Unfortunately, my luggage arrived with one of the snaps broken on the straps so since this was a final sale and they WON'T send me a replacement, I rated accordingly. It's very unfortunate because this was an error on their part that I received a defective piece of luggage. For that, I should receive a waiver for a replacement, not a refund because I really do like the luggage and own several items from Béis! However, as a result of the broken snap on the strap, I'm unable to use it."
