"This is my first time purchasing this bag, and I really like it. It has a great size, plenty of space, and excellent organization. It's lightweight and appears to be made from a durable material that doesn't stain easily. I believe it will be useful both for work and as a travel bag, as well as for outings when I need to carry things for myself and my children. "Love this bag so far! It has a key clip, two water bottle holders & multiple pockets. The only thing I was a little bummer to discover is it has no pass through for a suitcase. All in all though, great for work & holds a lot"
Great Bag. . . but one issue (for me)
"Everything is 10/10 except the laptop part. My laptop (14") stuck out when placed in the laptop compartment. Living in the Midwest - that will not fly as we have lot so rain, snow, etc. I need my laptop to be protected. Oher than that - everything s great. Lots of room for everything else in life: water bottle, planner, iPad, etc. Sadly, I will have to return. Customer service has been amazing though and suggested I exchange for the Large Work Tote. So I plan on doing that. A worker has that exact bag, so I approve and cannot wait to get the exchange."

"I’m actually surprised how much I like this bag. I had to go back in the office for my job and my old work bag from 2019 didn’t even have a laptop sleeve or water bottle pouch so I decided to upgrade. The interior pockets are amazing for commuting, no more water bottles to hold or accidentally fall out off the side of the bag. I can pack everything I need and more. I wish it was a little more structured: when I stand it on its own it slouches a little more than I like. And I wish there were more color/texture options. But the pros of this bag drastically outweigh the cons. I love it!"

"I purchased this for a smaller work alternative / everyday bag. My 15. 6in work laptop doesn’t fit (it sticks out a bit which really isn’t that big of a deal - I knew it when I bought it) but my Mac fits perfectly, which is fine since I rotate computers based on various things. The bag is spacious and sleek. It’s exactly what I need for everyday. I have the East West tote too which I carry often but can sometimes be a bit much."

"I am absolutely in love with my commuter tote in maple! Not only is she gorgeous but she's also really functional! The design is perfect! There's so many compartments. I can fit my ipad, my tech bag, lunch and waterbottles, my essentials and so much more!! So much storage. It does get heavy if I pack a lot and do wish the shoulderstraps were a little bit longer but overall I really love my commuter tote 🤎 I also have a weekender in maple and they go so well together for roadtrips! The weekender goes in the back of the car, while the commuter tote is next to me so I can easily grab my essentials if needed and look stylish everytime I step out of the car. The maple color really is everything 😍 (I also have the east to west tote in maple wich I currently use as a shopping bag, so shopping in style over here 🙃)"
