But, I am very happy with the maple color I chose and the design of the 3 pieces I purchased. The quality appears high and I like the additional packing options. "Thank you so much for replacing it. The color is different, and not in a good way. It did not have the section which snaps onto one side inside of the luggage and the section I DID have from the old luggage does not line up at all. Both snaps are about an inch off. On the positive, the locks appear to work!"

"A wheel broke on my large suitcase - hey, it happens… one email to Beis Customer Support and they were on it. One more email with a picture of the broken wheel was all it took, then I received my replacement suitcase. Incredible service! Thank you Beis!"
Great Luggage
"The large Checked Roller is a great suitcase. It has so much room and I love the compression cubes too. I like how there is a mechanism in the handle on the side that tells you if your bag is over 50lbs. Very well made and the wheels just glide on all surfaces."

"Got this as a wedding gift and cannot wait to break it in for our honeymoon! I've been rolling it around the house for a week with excitement. It's so large I can't imagine being able to fill it (but I'm still accepting the challenge). The only thing that could make it better is if it had a clip on the bottom to connect my other suitcase. Great Suitcase
"I love this suitcase! The styling is excellent, the beige does get dirty but "c'est la vie". You'll look well traveled. Knocked a star for the weight indicator not working, especially with the larger bag I was counting on that feature. Beis was good enough to send a replacement, but the weight indicator didn't work on that either. I wouldn't miss it if it wasn't marketed as such a key feature."
