Best luggage ever

"Love this suitcase! I already own (and love) the matching carry-on and weekender bag, so I wanted to get the Check-In bag for longer trips. It has so much space and storage compartments, it is very easy to roll and maneuver, extremely sturdy and includes a great weight-check tool and cute laundry bags. At the airport, I realized I had a faulty zipper, and I was so worried my suitcase would fall apart in the plane (it did not!). I emailed BÉIS from the airport and they immediately emailed back. Within a couple of days, a new suitcase was delivered to me. Hands down, the BEST customer service!! I already own (and love) the matching carry-on and weekender bag, and I’ll only be supporting BÉIS luggage going forward. Buy the bag(s)-you won’t regret it!"

can someone please explain the "weight limit indicator"?
Hi , Thank you for reaching out to Beis! Our weight indicator is an amazing feature that will make your packing stress-free! A red mark will appear in case your luggage is over the standard 50 pound weight restriction by simply lifting it by the handle. While this is not a scale, it will for sure help to make some important packing decisions. The way the luggage weight indicator works is a simple mechanism that when lifted by the handle, a red mark will appear if the luggage is approximately over 50 pounds. With this mechanism, it is not an exact weight indicator so there is some margin of error. The bag does not have an electric sensor that can precisely tell when the bag is over 50 pounds. We recommend still packing the suitcase with caution concerning the weight limit as you would normally. If you do believe there is a defect with the weight indicator, please provide a video demonstrating how you are using the weight indicator and why you believe it is defective.
