Still Love BÉIS, But I Miss the Compression Flap

"I absolutely love BÉIS and have been a loyal customer for years, which is why I was so disappointed to find out the compression flap was removed from the new Medium Check-In. It was one of my favorite features on my original Carry-On. It kept everything secure, made packing so much easier, and felt like one of those thoughtful details that set BÉIS apart. The new suitcase is still beautiful, but I really hope you consider bringing the compression flap back. It was such a small detail that made a big difference."

Great product - wrong size

"I love all things Beis and while I'm sure this is another 5 star product, I am rating it a 3 because it was meant to replace a broken luggage I had but turns out it's a different size. The broken one is the 29" large and this olive replacement that was sent to me is a 26" medium. Still waiting to hear back from Beis customer service team."

First Time User

"This is my first trip with my check in bag. The bag is attractive. Having a built-in TSA lock is convenient. To automatically provide the overweight sensor is extremely helpful, especially for someone who tends to overpack. A separate compartment for wet items or bottles/jars that can leak eases my mind in having to pack plastic bags for such items. The ease of rolling through the airport, hotels, etc. is the feature I appreciate the most. Appreciate the ability to expand the suitcase is awesome. I am waiting to give it 5 stars to see how it holds up to air line baggage handlers."

Durable and glides Smoothly

"We took our Large and carry on luggage to our Spring break trip to Japan this year. Large Luggage carried almost 40 lbs of weight but was able to survive the trip with only a slight dent in the back most likely from airport handling. No other issues noted. We’ve also taken our luggages to local trips and loved how spacious it is that it can fit clothings and items for a family of 5 for a 3 day weekend trip. Will definitely get the Medium size next time to complete the set."

Don’t let the weight indicator sell you

"I was convinced to buy this bag because of the weight indicator. I am usually extremely close to 50 lbs so I wanted a bag that would tell me if I was over. Fully packed it was red. I ended up weighing it on a scale and at the airport and the bag was 46 lbs with the indicator red. I know it says it can be a few lbs off- but removing weight would have had me well under 50 lbs. It is a good bag overall and rolls well. Nice features. But the selling point for me which was the weight indicator isn’t even accurate."

Great piece of luggage!

"Paired with the Mini Weekender, there was more than enough well-organized space for 7 days of clothing that included outfits for business, semiformal, casual, workout and travelling, 3 pairs of shoes and a soft personal care bag. Easy to roll and maneuver everywhere, with thoughtful touches such as the large slim zippered pouches and a "wet" bag."

Terrible product and customer support

"Got this. Lock doesn’t work so I can’t open it to use or get my other items. I have been talking to customer support for over a week. They respond once a day. The continue to ask me for pictures of different things. No solution. No replacement. Nothing after a week of telling them the product is defective and I can’t open it. $600 order and this is the support you get."
