"I was waiting until after I used this carry on to write a review. First off the suitcase is stunning. I got the brown color and it's so beautiful and chic. Love the zipper to make it bigger as well. Came in super handy on my way back from vacation when you just want to throw everything in and not think about it. It fit perfectly in the overhead bin on both airlines I traveled on. The handle is SO comfortable and it rolls like a dream. Both my teens asked me to buy them one next because the difference between my Beis and their carry ons was incredible. If I had to be really picky, I’d say the telescopic handle is a little stiff when pulling it up or pushing it down, but it’s a very minor thing and doesn’t take away from how great this suitcase is. "I purchased a carry-on roller. The telescoping handle started really sticking and you could hardly pull it up or push it in. I wrote to Beis, sent in a video and required information. They replaced my roller bag with a brand new one! I was impressed with that. I thought they might have me take my suitcase somewhere to be fixed. It came right away and I will be using it in two weeks. I very much appreciate how easy and quick it was to use the warranty. I travel a lot and it is nice not being without a suitcase for a long time! Very happy with the process."
